VJMAS REALTY (“we”, “us”) is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage located at 9482 Juniper Moss Circle, Orlando, FL 32832. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and who we share it with. It applies to this website (ubicatucasa.com), to our internal tools and to the brokerage services we provide.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone and details about the property or land you are interested in, when you contact us or hire our services.
- Transaction data: information needed to prepare offers and contracts, such as the parties, the property address and legal description, price and dates.
- Listing form: when you click “More information” on a property and submit the form, we receive your name, phone, email, your message, and the MLS number and address of that property. That inquiry is created in our CRM (HighLevel) as an opportunity so we can follow up.
- Minimal technical data: this website does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools. Our internal tools use a session cookie to keep you signed in. To rate-limit automated form submissions we store, for one hour, a cryptographic hash of the submitting IP address — not the address itself, and the hash cannot be reversed back to it.
- Public records: to evaluate land we use public county and state data (property appraiser records, zoning, FEMA flood zones) and MLS data under the rules that govern it.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiries and provide real estate brokerage services.
- To prepare, send and manage purchase offers and contracts.
- To give our clients access to the tools we provide.
- To meet the legal and record-keeping obligations of a Florida real estate brokerage.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for third-party advertising.
How we contact you, and how to stop it
If you give us your phone number through a property form, you authorize us to contact you by call, text message or email about that inquiry, including through automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages. This is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop it: reply STOP to any text message, tell us you do not want further calls, or write to [email protected]. We honor it without asking why.
Who we share it with
Only as needed to provide the service: the other parties to a transaction and their agents, title and escrow companies, lenders if any, and the service providers we use to operate. These include our CRM (HighLevel), our contract and e-signature platform (dotloop) and our web hosting (Cloudflare). We also share it when required by law.
dotloop integration
When we authorize the connection to dotloop, we use its API only to create and manage our own loops and transaction documents. We do not use dotloop data for any other purpose or share it with third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep transaction records for as long as Florida law requires brokerages to keep them. We keep other information while it is needed for the service, or until you ask us to delete it where the law allows.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to [email protected] or calling 407-720-6106.
Security
We use encrypted connections and limit access to information to those who need it. No system is perfect; if an incident affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with its date.
